A message from APNA President Anne Cooper: “A heads up on development that will be taking place at 127 S 5th Ave (current parking lot and structure across from the Stillwell house and behind Cartel Coffee). There is a meeting on Wednesday, May 1st at the Hexagon Building, 5th floor auditorium from 6:00-8:00 (address is 40 E Congress).
“What is being proposed is a nine story building with 111 apartments for rent (studio and one bedroom) with parking for 55 cars. Please make your voices heard and attend this meeting. Parking may become an issue for those around the area!”
