Thanks to everyone for coming to the general meeting last Tuesday. It was nice to see many new faces.
As promised at the meeting, below are my action items for the next meeting in November and ongoing:
1) I have a call into Chief Magnus’ office to ask that he attend the meeting in November. I am also asking for better statistics on crime (including thefts and break-ins).
2) Information for Community Bridges new Senior Director is:

3) We need new board members and by the turnout on Tuesday, there are a lot of you! We need help in addressing the issues raised and we would love to have proactive folks who have good ideas and who don’t sit back and complain. The commitment is up to 1 hour per week. We will be having elections in November and need a slate by the end of October. Remember, you must be a member of APNA to be on the board and the deadline is October 11th. 4) Below, you will see the police incidents log for Armory Park for the period 9/1/18 – 9/14/18. I will be sending this out once a week. I am also creating charts regarding crime, location and regularity. I will be sharing this with the police department and ask that they confirm my data. Data does not get rid of crime, but it is hard to refute when presented.
5) Do not hesitate to reach out to any one of your board members with questions and suggestions. We are here for you and are more than willing to work with you.
